Kim is referring to the learning curve for people who have not used
NNTP, not for those already using NNTP. They have to figure out a)
what is NNTP?, b) how do they allow NNTP traffic if their local
firewall blocks it and c) what software supports NNTP.
Kim explained it very well in his reply - he was talking about the admin
side rather than the user side. For the end user, AFAICT nothing will
change unless he or she decides to switch to nntp.
