My 5 cents;
Anyone who wants to be on the board should apply for it. It should not
matter if you are working for Novell or not, but it should be made clear
in the 'application'.
Also, anyone can nominate anyone *else* as to be a board member. It
should then be made clear if that's a community member or a Novell
employee.
