I know that some members of organization are very against anyone knowing
how they vote. Some feel that this can create presure to vote a certain
way. I also think that voting for our leaders should be done in such a way
as privacy is maintained. I find this to be a very good method.

I think that every year a set of goals or aims of the various candidates
should be presented ahead of time so that we as a body may make wise
choices for our representatives.
