AFAIK you can request some openSUSE t-shirts, PromoDVDs[1], stickers, pins, 
and caps. Try to mail marketing@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Last year I requested openSUSE promo stuff for ENOS 2007[2] and get them in no 
time :-)
