On behalf of the openSUSE Board, I would like to propose the adoption
of a Code of Conduct for openSUSE.
Nothing against (yet another) page explaining good behavior but please not
another "officially openSUSE approved" and a "to be signed by everyone"
document.
GNOME has a very simple Code of Conduct [2], which is based on Ubuntu's.
Which only 147 people signed? And those were previously the trouble makers?
