IMO it would be more appropriate to pixelize (*) the "opensuse" text,
it's not that easy to read as it's an antiliased, scaled down TTF font.

(*) don't use a font but draw it pixel by pixel

That's common practice for such web banners (that always have a rather
small text size).


May I misunderstand you, but the last version is pixelpushed and not just written. It's the same writing like on your microbanner.
So ... I agree with you, Pascal :-)
