The newsgroups were listed for a long time on Communicate page.
Although, not on the top portion of the screen.

Not right now, but when Communicate page get cluttered again, someone will
object.
IMHO, to prevent future confusion, like this, on main Communicate page should
be listed only categories, like mail, newsgroups, forums etc.
