no, there will be something like a generic user directory. This will be a web
page where you can store personal data about yourself and decide what should
become public.
Accepting the guidance principels will enable you to participate in elections
like discussed before.
But this is only the start for the user directory, it will also get used for
building a network of trust for the build service content in future. So you
can decide yourself how much you can trust certain software from the build
service projects.
The user directory is already almost working (thanks to darix), I expect it
finally working tomorrow, so we can annouce it later this week :)
