IMHO if you want to participate or contribute in a project, the very
minimun effort that the user should take is subscribing to a list, not
willing to do so denotes a lack of interest.

I think there is nothing unfriendly.

Not to mention that writting a bot in PHP to bypass this highly
questionable method should not take more than an hour ;)

IMHO if you want to participate or contribute in a project, the very
