Forums are fine for people using web mail, and that is, counting people that I
know, majority.
They never attempt to configure mail client, unless I do that for them, and
than I have to set client not to delete mail from the server.
Just in case they ever open client for a test ride ;-)
I had once to answer:"Where are my emails?", to discover that there was no
virus, but Thunderbird got test ride, and downloaded emails, and then I got
phone call.
The only problem with forums is that we have to find volunteers for sysops
round the clock. Last time this topic was discussed here, result was dead
silence when came time to answer this question.
Well at that time there was 1/10 volunteers around openSUSE.
