This is pretty understandable. Vetos by their nature are not exercised
much, so it sounds good to me. The only thing I was wondering was the
reasoning behind having 3 Novell employees on the board instead of 2
(similar to Fedora). I'm not really against it at all, just interested
here.

2nd draft looks good to me =)
