If you ask Novell Legal, they'll probably say no. That's (one of?) the
reasons why rembrand exists.

For my "lab experiment" I've been using rembrand to create a de-branded
version of openSUSE10.2. This shows the progress so far:

including the script I use to automate the process. Presently, I'm
working on build 1.0.5, which has some of the patterns patched to remove
a few non-essential packages.

I'm also working on a "howto" describing just what I did to achieve the
results. The present howto is almost finished and, once I've finished
writing it, I plan on adding it to opensuse.org.
