maybe start at 14:15 to make sure time is there to build up the video

I would propose the following alternative for the time slots:
14:15 - Welcome - openSUSE project (michl, mlasars)
14:45 -  10.3 (aj)

15:15 - 15' break or not depending on whether we can start at 14:15 or a
little later (or use it as a short Q+A with AJ)

15:30 - Buildservice overview
16:30 - OBS Features (adrian, cschum, mls)
17:30 - Usertrust in the OBS (hvogel)
18:00 - Build Kernel Packages with the OBS (jblunk)
(closing at max. 19:00)
