The idea of a talk on the openSUSE Community (current state, ongoing efforts, 
problems, goals) at FOSDEM was raised in #opensuse-community. No-one felt up 
to giving the talk however, so I'd like to apply to give it, as I think this 
is an important topic.

A few basic ideas/thoughts on what to talk about have been chucked onto 
http://opensuse-community.org/FOSDEM and I'd very much like to hear any input 
on any of these points, or even other possible ideas on what more to talk 
about
