Martin, thanks for the notice of the meeting. 

Thursday is a pretty major holiday in the U.S. wherein we gather in large groups and consume vast quantities of food and alcohol. Even some software developers spend the whole day using both hands for cooking, eating and drinking. In case I can't make it to the meeting I will add a couple polite questions to the meeting page.
