I doubt if what you propose is possible.

Programmers are like scientists, sharing results have 
drawbacks but great advantages, so the opensource model can 
live.

Managing a hudge company is entirely different. In bare 
view, you must generate cash for the owners, the more the 
better.

basically you should sell for a big price a cheap product 
:-). Making this involve cheating :-). Open this should be 
like playing poker with all cards on the table..;

wa must all hope openSUSE will end on making Novell'x cash 
grow...
