[opensuse-programming] PyQt4 project templates in KDevelop 4.2

I was looking at
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/linux/library/l-kde-plasmoids/index.html as
a step in starting to make a plasmoid to monitor some things. In the section on
kdevelop, there is a dialog to create a new project. Interestingly, they show
PyQt4 templates. So I got all excited and thought I might find these on my KDE
4.6 system with KDevelop 4.2. All I see are the C++ templates.
Anyone know if there are PyQt4 templates available in an RPM for
openSUSE? I have python-qt4 and the (-devel) RPMs installed.
Yours sincerely,
