Probiere doch einfach mal dies: wechsele in das Verzeichnis in dem das Programm liegt und starte das Porgramm wie folgt: ./programmname dann müsste alles funktionieren. wenn nicht dann solltest du so compilern: gcc programmname.c -o programmname Viel Spaß.
