Sure :).
You could also create a tar based kiwi configuration and have obs build it, like we do for arm. Then you can use that as rootfs for your system.

Hi Alex,
Is it possible to install openSUSE 32-bit over QEMU on a USB stick and then boot it with a 64-bit kernel on an AmigaOne X1000?
Best regards, Christian

Hi there,
I've tried to install openSUSE 12.3 on my AmigaOne X1000. Unfortunately the installation of a lot of 64-bit packages failed. Issue: scriptlet failed, signal 11. 64-bit packages won't work because the PA6T is not compatible (enough) to POWER4 which is the minimum requirement for 64-bit openSUSE 12.3 to work.
Alex Hi Alex,
Thank you for your answer. Can I install a 32-bit openSUSE 12.3 system? Or is openSUSE 12.2 compatible with my PA6T? Sure! As long as you don't use 64-bit binaries, a 32-bit 12.3 system should work just fine on PA6T.
