Thank you! I am new to Suse, and to installing on a mac but I am familure with Linux, I use Mandriva or Fedora on all my PC's but I dont want to take chances with my mac. I was even thinking of simply unplugging the hard drive and just installing Suse on the second hard drive alone just to get a feel for it. Any little tips and tricks you can give would be appreciated.
Thanks again..

Amy, That sounds like a splendid idea! Since you have a second drive to play with, it makes perfect sense to remove your Mac drive and use the second for SuSE. Then later, you can decide either to do a dual boot or just blow away the MacOS altogether! I think you'll find Linux to be quite speedy on the G5. regards, Lee
