That's a bit strange isn't it? We having to convince the company that they have to make new SuSE PPC release instead of SuSE trying to convince his users to buy a new version? I think it's outrages the way SuSE treats it's PPC users. If there are no plans to release a new version they could have at least have the courtesy and courage to make an official statement telling it's users that there will be none. Maybe even offer a coupon for 50$ or 50Euro if you decide to move to SuSE's regular distro. But customer service and marketing never has been SuSE's strongest point has it? If this is the way the company wants to treat it's users it's only a matter of time before they will start to ponder about some things. How long before the regular distro will be pulled? If they invest in a product now will it be pulled next year? That is what people will be wondering about. A honest approach has never hurt any company as long as you give your users something to replace the porduct with. or offer them a discount. Just my 2 cents -- Tink - France
