Installation of SuSe 7.3 for PPC on IBM RS/6000

Hi
I'm trying to install SuSe 7.3 for PPC on an IBM RS/6000 machine.
When I boot cd 2 it freezes.
I've been trying to make the boot floppy mentioned in the book but the
zImage on the CD is to big to fit on one floppy (How stupid is that?).
Can anybody help me?
