do you seriously consider writing 1 paragraf stating "this is to improve situation" and then actually spent 15 paragrafs just bashing the guys for something that was completely correct according to all the rules as positive feedback?
It was no bashing. I'm sorry you can't see it or don't want to see it.
You used FALSE claim just to proceed with your agenda and actually most people chipped in to your train on that false assumption. Just notice Dominique actually appologizing when he realized the fact.
No "FALSE claim". I can't read and understand mails for you. I really can't. Yes, the person who accepted the request was by mistake assigned a maintainer role. I know it (I did take a look once the request was accepted) - and I knew it when I wrote the e-mail (I might have even mentioned it once). But that doesn't really change anything. If you tried understand the problem, you might have seen it.
Honestly tell me that you would not feel offended if somebody started with "please take this as example and not as insult" and then bashed completely for example week of your work?
Hm... so I didn't just write "a request full of changes adjusting the specfile according to one's personal preferences". Instead, I tried to explain why I see it as one. And all this effort bought me an accusation of "bashing". The reality is that there are people (not only me) who find what I described a problem which can discourage people from submitting packages to Factory. And "people" is definitely not only me, I already received mails confirming other people feel the same. You can either learn from it or just wave your hand and try to shoot the messenger. Pity you chose the latter, hopefully there are others who won't.
