I would like to package git-bzr which requires couple of Python modules. Could someone point to Python packaging example or guidelines?

I think about putting stuff in devel:tools:scm; how I go about it?
Create the packages in your home project. After everything builds and you are happy with the results send a submit request to the project where you think this should have its home. The maintainers of the project will get back to you and probably ask you to maintain the package.
