Hello. I built an application that provides a program and a library. Both of them have translations. I use macros: %lang_package %lang_package -n libpdfview%{major} Hope, this is correct. Packages are built. Now I have: pdfviewer pdfviewer-lang libpdfview0 libpdfview0-lang The only problem I see is info for libpdfview0-lang: Summary : Languages for package pdfviewer Description : Provides translations to the package pdfviewer rpm -E %lang_package %package lang Summary: Languages for package %{name} Group: System/Localization Requires: %{name} = %{version} Provides: %{name}-lang-all = %{version} Supplements: packageand(bundle-lang-other:%{name}) BuildArch: noarch %description lang Provides translations to the package %{name} So rpm uses %{name} for all language packages. Is there a simple way to make correct Summary and Description for subpackage? Not in OBS yet.
