See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Design_Science_License - not to be used
for source code. For everything else that does not link other
components it should be fine. But that's only my personal stance, the
license was submitted to OSI in 2001 and is till not on their list,
so there doesn' seem to be a high interest in that license.
