I build Citadel Groupware Server in a project (see: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=citadel&project=home%3 Ahomueller%3Acitadel).

So, I would like to register the user and the group "citadel". Is that possible?
Looks like the "ask on opensuse-packaging" way doesn't work too good...
Therefore I'd recommend the do-it-yourself way ;-)
- branch the rpmlint package from devel:openSUSE:Factory:rpmlint rpmlint - do the needed changes in the "config" file [1] - and finally send a submit request ;-)
Bonus points if you also change the message to say [...] To register the user/group, please branch the rpmlint package, add the user/group to the "config" file and send a submitrequest. ;-)
