freetype-devel -> freetype2-devel

glibc-static is not needed for suse <= 11.4.
On factory it's glibc-devel-static


BTW this reminds me about last thread "review split glibc-devel-static",
Is there any chance to rename it to glibc-static before releasing 12.1?
