I'm running tumbleweed, but I thought a KMP would be distro neutral.

ext4dev_snapshots is not a kmp, it is a package containing binaries (hence the
requirement for glibc at all - the kernel never needs that)

You'll need the glibc it was built for

Thanks and you're right.

The naming convention in that repo had me confused.

I needed to install: ext4dev-kmp-desktop

I now have it installed and can try to test it.
