But since installing a package with RPM always mean to install it
*explicitly* since RPM doesn't install something automatically to
resolve dependencies, it cannot be tracked with RPM.

And if removing a logfile (/var/log *is* for logfiles) breaks something,
then this is a bug. Clearly.
