No! The right way to deal with it is to remove the cause of the warning, not removing -Werror.
IMO Werror shouldn't really be used in openSUSE packages - especially not for tests/examples. Upstream projects should aim for having no warnings in their code, but if they fail, it's clearly not the packager's job.
