Dear all,

i try to add a new package to contrib (java3d) as this is required by another 
package (prune), which 
cannot be build without it.
calling :
/> osc sr home:hschaa:SweetHome3D java3d openSUSE:Factory:Contrib -m "add 
java3d , required by prune 
and others"
only gives an error like:
Warning: failed to fetch meta data for 'openSUSE:Factory:Contrib' package 
'java3d' (new package?) 
Server returned an error: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden
No permission to create request for package 'java3d' in project 
'home:hschaa:SweetHome3D'

I was followed the guidelines in http://wiki.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Contrib and 
http://wiki.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Build_Service_Collaboration
