*.orig files are not allowed. They are usually created by patches when
they don't apply cleanly and some directories are just copied into the
package completely.
So either fix the package list to exclude them or preferably fix the
patches. My guess (without checking myself) is that some patches are
only applied for x86-64 and therefore it creates these files only there.
