The subject line has it all:

The question was asked in a comment on my blog about building a Google
Earth rpm:
http://lizards.opensuse.org/2010/03/09/build-your-own-google-earth-rpm
Is there someone within openSuSE / Novell with contact with Google, who
could asked that question to Google?
Michael Löffler was in contact with Google some time ago but I don't know
why we did not sign an agreement. Michael is on FTO right now, I propose
you open a bugreport and assign it to him (michl at novell com) so that he
can followup once he returns.
