Hi,
especially to maintainers of mozilla/NPAPI browser plugins.
As the openSUSE/Firefox plugin finder service is basically ready to be
used I need your help. (https://features.opensuse.org/306475)
To fill the database of plugins which are/will be available for openSUSE
11.2 I would need some data in order to offer your plugins for
installation in Firefox.
I'll give you an example for what I need (Adobe Flash):
RPM package name: flash-player
Name: Adobe Flash Player
Mimetype: application/x-shockwave-flash
YMP Url:
http://software.opensuse.org/ymp/openSUSE:11.2:NonFree/standard/flash-player...
plugin filename: libflashplayer.so
description: This package contains Adobe's Flash Plugin for
the supported Web browsers in addition to a standalone flash player
application
The above YMP URL doesn't currently work as there is no 11.2
I already have the various Flash plugins for 11.2 and also Flash and
Java for 11.1. Yes, you can also point me to the data for 11.1 as
Firefox from the mozilla repository supports that feature already.
The package location has to be a YMP in every case btw.
Thanks,
Wolfgang
