Hmm.. I'd say: 23:00

this leaves yourself 3600 seconds to check in all the packages before Friday is 
definitively over.
Averaging at being less than one package per second :)

Of course the timezone would be of high importance here. For the nice touch, 
let's keep it in Coolo/ZULU
