But that's not the goal ;-) There will be no nspr5 for the forseeable 
future. At least that's a statement from the upstream maintainers. NSPR 
is feature complete and in minor enhancements and bugfix mode.
The same is almost true for mozilla-nss where the same change was done 
while there could be a NSS4 version in the far future because features 
are still implemented there.
