This file will be there, even if no openSUSE/SLED/SLES branding
is used. So it does not help.

The branding proposal in previous discussion did not cover the whole
range of the problem.
Well, I have a package fvwm2 where I have hard coded
in the systemrc file for fvwm string openSUSE for few menu items. I
have added a logo of openSUSE also.
So I think the systemrc file and the logo should go in the branding package.
I would suggest to check the presence of /etc/SuSE-release file and
run sed on the systemrc file in postinstall section of rpm
installation phase. But can I rely on this file?
