2008/3/6 Stanislav Brabec <sbrabec@xxxxxxx>:
The branding proposal in previous discussion did not cover the whole
range of the problem.

Well, I have a package fvwm2 where I have hard coded
in the systemrc file for fvwm string openSUSE for few menu items. I
have added a logo of openSUSE also.
In this case, this cannot be "branded". I can revert this change and
erase strings wich are trademarks
but have anybody idea how it can be done in "allowing branding"-way
and leave the *SUSE string in menu?

I would suggest to check the presence of /etc/SuSE-release file and
run sed on the systemrc file in postinstall section of rpm
installation phase. But can I rely on this file?
Regards Ladislav.
