[opensuse-packaging] Fwd: Status of SUSE Package Conventions

Hello, I'm wondering what is the status of SPC. Which is the latest revision? On the page [*] I have 2 links on pdf version (rev 1.0) and html version (rev 1.1), the last contains only Part 1, that seems odd to me.
