This is embarrassing:-[ . I've even created a wiki page about how to update your motherboard's bios from within linux using a program
called "flashrom" (I've just looked for it and it seems to have disappeared) about five or so years ago but I don't know how to add
rosegarden and solfege to the wiki. If I click edit I just get a page with "Multimedia Applications" repeated twice.
On the subject of wiki, does anybody know where I can find out what happened to my "bios flash" wiki page, It's still very relevant, all I can find is instructions for making a bootable usb stick, I updated my msi motherboard's bios using "flashrom" last week.
This message was bounced for being html? Anyway I found the BiosFlash wiki page
at :
http://old-en.opensuse.org/Biosflash#Flashing_your_bios_in_Linux
I'm busy updating it and maybe somebody can tell me how to move it or actually do the moving for me ;-) . When I was looking for it in the new wiki all I found was instructions on how to make a dos bootable usb stick to update the bios. The way that "flashrom" has evolved over the past
Thanks
