That's what I was referring to in my orig post.  When I looked at the
source ftp area (on sf), the latest verstions and their corresponding
dates were:

- Apr 26  2004   grip-3.2.0.tar.gz
- Jun 25  2005   grip-3.3.1.tar.gz

It's good to know that at least the openSUSE group have been maintaining
it.
