Vor einigen Tagen berichtet ich hier schon von Problemen, dass ich in Kaffeine
nicht den Menue Punkt DVD öffnen anklicken konnte (bzw das Klicken nichts
bewirkte) Um DVD zu gucken musste ich immer von Hand
kaffeine dvd:/
in der Konsole eingeben.
Ich behauptete damals, mit xine ging es, das stellte sich aber nur als
temporärer Zustand heraus, die Störfälle nahmen zu (DVDs hielten auf einmal
in der Mitte an, häufig sogar an der selben stelle) Kaffeine brachte eine
Meldung über fehlende Zugriffsrechte im nav Modul (Leider habe ich es nicht
genauer mitgeschrieben). Am Ende ginden dann einige DVDs gar nicht mehr, auch
nicht mit xine.
Es lag definitiv an der libdvdcss. Ich habe sie neu installierten wollen (mit
dem script, welches auf packman erwähnt wird) und bekam beim installieren die
Fehlermeldung, das es eine Unverträglichkeit mit einer libdvdcss - devel
(Leider auch nicht genau mitgeschrieben) gibt.
Also alles noch mal runter (libdvdcss und etwaige devels) und alles noch mal
drauf bis die Installation ohne erkennbare Fehlermeldungen durchlief.
Leider weis ich nicht mehr so genau, was ich alles verstellt habe, aber ich
bilde mir ein, das seit dem das Menu und die Knöpfchen in kaffeine
funktionieren. Nebenbei verschwanden auch noch zahlreiche Meldungen über
ständige audio und video asynchronitäten (?) aus der Ausgabe.
Bei mir sieht es dann etwa so aus (Ausschnitt aus xine --verbose). Es stehen
zwar immer noch zahlreiche Errormeldungen in der Ausgabe, die DVD läuft aber
bisher ohne Störungen (noch keine Langzeittest gemacht)
