if the wlan chip finds the network, the firmware must be installed and working 
properly.
Did you try to ping your router itself? Maybe you have to set route and dns 
manually (because of a known 11.2 bug) for the first time, update the network 
manager and reinsert your connection data... You can find some discussion 
about that in the opensuse.de mailing list...
