auch ich habe mit dem gleichen Sound-Chipsatz auf einem ACER Ferrari 5000
bisher keinen Ton heraus bekommen (openSuSE 10.2).

Nach Aenderung der Moduloption konnte ich wenigsten mit rcalsasound
restart ohne weitere Messages den Sound neu starten:

Nun muss ich mal gucken, ob ich irgenwie Sound bekomme, also KDE stop
und start, oder so aehnlich. Denn der Test im Yast2 mit Volume 50% auf
dem PCM-Kanal klappte schonmal nicht.
