This is now all in /etc/sysconfig/powersave/* since the powermanagement is
no longer handled by apmd but by powersaved since 9.1. If you did an update
from 8.2, apmd will still be running, but you can change this with the YaST
runlevel editor.

don't bother - powersaved will handle this for you.

Powersaved works for both APM and ACPI, so you should only have to configure
it once.
