Laptop control center module in KDE

Hi,
KDE Control Center has a laptop module in Power Control -> Laptop.
When I click on this module and choose the option "Show battery
monitor" - I do not see a battery monitor icon in the taskbar. I would
much prefer to use this than the kpowersave - which lags behind in
features in comparison to kde's battery monitor.
