Hallo,
ich habe (leider) einen Gericom X5 force mit einer SMC2642W und hatte
darauf SuSE 8.2 laufen. Vorgestern hatte ich mich zu einem Update auf SuSE 9.0
entschieden und siehe da, die WLAN-Karte stellt sich quer.
Vielleicht weiß hier ja jemand Rat. Ich verwende das Modul orinoco_cs.
Klappt auch soweit alles ganz zut. Ich schiebe die Karte in das Notebook und eth1 wird angelegt:

So geht das dann munter weiter, bis ich das dhcp abbreche. Weiß jemand
Rat, wie ich das Problem abstellen kann? Unter SuSE 8.2 lief das irgenwie
ohne Probleme. Kernel und PCMCIA-Module sind von der SuSE.
