I am reshuffling some packages a bit, in order to reduce the dependency chain. They are now in libintl-devel. I suppose I could give a heads up to the mailing list when this sort of things happen, if that is really helpfull.
We are trying to use the MinGW DLLs made in OBS when cross-compiling software on Linux that will run on Windows machines. I have decided, at this time, to keep the repos with these RPMs up-to-date. So a change like this is usually noticed quickly. I first look for the birth of a new -devel variant, and if there is such a new thing, add that. I then look to see if the 'corresponding' Linux file has moved in the 'corresponding' Linux RPM. If so, I see if that applies for the MinGW RPM. Failing that, I ask on the list. That works for me. As long as no one minds the questions.
