Recently a discussion with Alberto P got me into afew details about SUSE Studio 1. I add a single package, then it is not openSUSE, I have to debrand it. 3. So what about the derivatives we have 4. We promote it, but is not wrong? 5. Can we have better rules from openSUSE with respect to SUSE Studio, ie we as a community as accept it irrespective of SUSE Studio
The SUSE Studio team run into this quite often and Cornelius from the team wanted to write up a proposal on how to change the rules.

Thanks for the heads-up on Cornelius, AJ! I've replied to him letting him know that the board just now opened up an openFATE feature request for comments on trademark guidelines so we can start to gather up more comments from the community at large. You can see it here at https://features.opensuse.org/311039 Folks, let's get comments up that you have concerns with. The more comments we see the better we can work with developing a more comprehensive guideline that works for everyone. I'm anxious to get the trademark discussion going at the Board level after it got derailed a bit months ago.
